On Thursday 14th November, Year 9 ‘Livingstone Legends’ embarked on a treasure hunt across London.

Upon arriving at London Bridge, we split off into four groups with maps and clues on our quest to find the treasure.

Along the way, we visited Southwark Cathedral (where the students shared their messages of hope), wove our way around Borough Market, visited site of Chaucer’s The Tabard Inn and saw where Charles Dickens’ father was imprisoned.

Although we didn’t manage to finish the trail as we ran out of time, the students were impeccably behaved and very tired after walking over 15,000 steps.

We ended the day by having lunch in the beautiful surroundings of Hays Galleria before heading back to school.
