The Combined Cadet Force (CCF) is a youth organisation sponsored by the Ministry of Defence, designed to develop leadership, resilience and teamwork in young people. Participation in the CCF helps students build confidence, self-discipline and a strong sense of responsibility, supporting them to become well-rounded individuals.

The CCF offers a wide range of opportunities through structured training and activities. Students take part in areas such as fieldcraft, navigation, first aid, drill and physical training, as well as adventurous activities including camps and expeditions. The programme encourages students to challenge themselves, work collaboratively and develop practical life skills.

At The Quest Academy, students can join the CCF and take part in regular training sessions, alongside additional opportunities such as camps, competitions and leadership development. Cadets are supported throughout their journey, with guidance from experienced staff and opportunities to progress and take on leadership roles within the contingent.

We are proud to have our CCF programme led by Miss Rose, an experienced English teacher at The Quest Academy. She supports students across all aspects of the programme and oversees training and development opportunities. For more information about the CCF, please visit the CCF website. If you have any questions, Miss Rose can be contacted at [email protected].
