How to Make a Sixth Form Application

Aishwaree Mahadea achieved four As in RE, Sociology, Mathematics and AS Economics and is studying Philosophy at Bristol University.

Sixth Forms in the London Borough of Croydon handle admissions themselves.
Students wishing to apply to Quest6 should complete this form. There are 100 places available in Year 12 of the sixth form and places will be offered conditionally.

All places are conditional on meeting the admissions criteria and we will contact you in the spring term once your application is processed.
Following publication of the GCSE examination results in August, you will be expected to submit your results to quest6@thequestacademy.org.uk
