Year 12 Cambridge University Visit
Despite only just recently commencing their Quest 6 studies, all students from the Lower Sixth Form travelled by coach to Cambridge to gain an insight into life as an undergraduate at this iconic and world-renowned University.
First stop was a visit to the Faculty of Law and a guided tour of the library and lecture theatres, followed by a question and answer session on academic life. Time to take a walking tour of the historic city exploring the sights and stopping by the market to take in lunch.
Next the colleges, Pembroke and Trinity Hall both kindly opened their doors and welcomed students to discover more about daily life in the college community. Tours of the colleges were again followed with the opportunity to question and answer with both staff and students.
A fabulous day was had exploring the possibilities that could with hard work and commitment over the next two years become a reality. Over to you Year 12!
