Messrs Crofts, Smith and Jeffrey set off with thirty keen students to London for a fantastic production of the Lion King.

Making the most of our time in London we headed first to M&M world which is the largest candy store in the UK – I’m sure you can imagine how that went down! From there we took a short walk to Covent Garden where students explored the many shops and eateries in small groups.

After lunch another short walk to the Lyceum Theatre where our seats in rows C & D of the stalls were some of the best in the house! A magical and unforgettable performance ensued which was loved by everyone. My personal favourite was Rafiki: what an amazing voice!

We returned by train to school at 7pm exhausted but having had a brilliant day!
